Born on December 6, 1991, Sara Paixão, born in Lisbon, discovered Fado during her adolescence through Amália Rodrigues. She felt conquered by this style that she characterizes as “unique” and began to give it a voice. Sara, who began her career in an early stage in amateur Fado competitions, is currently one of the most promising voices of the new generation.

In addition to having belonged to the cast of the mythical house of Fado Sr. Wine in Lisbon, already has a presence on stages and important events such as the MED Festival, Santa Casa Alfama Festival, Festas do Mar in Cascais, Fado Festival in Zamora, Harina Cultural Center in Otro Costal (Huelva), among others. In addition to these, she has participated in public and private shows all over the country, as well as in Spain, Switzerland, France and Holland.

At the end of 2021, she released her first single «Caminhar Só» in partnership with the already acclaimed musician and singer Matias Damásio, now preparing to release a new single.
