Maura, despite being very young, transmits a strength and magnetism that do not go unnoticed. At just 21 years old, she gives firmness to her voice, which in her joviality brings us classics that she had been listening to for some time and only now authorized herself to sing.

When she was preparing to pursue a career in fashion at an international festival, she won an award in the best talent category with a fado performance, before a jury made up of representatives from 60 countries. She was the winner of the first edition of the contest ” O Meu Fado ” promoted by Rádio Sim, Museu do Fado and Universal Music.

Accumulating experience that only fado houses can provide, she has been present at the most important fado events, being considered the great revelation of the 2016 edition of the Caixa Alfama Festival, in 2017 she participated in the fado festival in Morocco, together with Carminho, Luis Guerreiro and Rodrigo Costa Félix. She was also present at the NOS Alive Festival on the EDP Fado café stage. In 2018, she performed for the second time in the small auditorium of the Centro Cultural de Belém, but this time debuting solo.

She released her first record in 2021 “21Maura” with production by Mário Pacheco.
